Egg roll is simply prepared with flour,sugar, butter, baking powder, water, boiled egg, raw egg,salt and vegetable oil for deep frying.

Directions

  1. Boil the eggs and deshell. Mix water with flour in a clean bowl with other dry items including the butter coarsely. It should not be soft and too strong. Allow to rest for about 30mins.
  2. Divide into six portionsthen mould each with a piece of egg using flour to dust so it does'nt stick to your palm but to the egg and deep fry in hot oil untill golden brown.
