Ingredients

  • 8 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine Large eggs, oil, sugar, lowfat milk, salt, baking soda and baking pwdr in a blender. Mix well. Gradually add in flour till smooth. Pout onto medium warm griddle.
  2. Makes 8 to 10 medium pancakes.
