Ingredients

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Pour all into bowl; beat on high for 3 min. Pour into buttered 9-inch pie pan. Let set for 5 min. Top with nutmeg. Bake 45 min on 350 degrees.
