Ingredients

  • 5 Large eggs
  • 1 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 unbaked 9 inch pie shells

Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs and sugar. Heat lowfat milk and butter. Combine lowfat milk and egg mix. Pour into 2 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min.
