Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 c. homogenized lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 stick butter

Directions

  1. Heat butter in pan. In separate bowl, mix sugar, flour and Large eggs. Beat well. Add in lowfat milk and vanilla. Pour mix over melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees till custard sets.
