Ingredients

  • 5 c. nonfat (skim) lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Egg beaters(r) 99% egg substitute
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp run extract
  • 1/4 c. brandy nonfat lowfat milk to taste grated nutmeg grnd cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat combine lowfat milk, egg beaters and sugar. Stir till thickened. Remove from heat. Fold in the extracts. Cover and chill.
  2. Before serving, stir in 1/4 c. brandy and nonfat lowfat milk to taste. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
  3. Serves 8.
  4. NOTES : Here's a safe egg nog, lower in cholesterol.
