  6. c. 1 tsp. sugar
  7. d. 4 or possibly 5 drops ginger juice
  8. e. 1/2 tsp. garlic pwdr
  9. f. dash of white pepper
  10. 3. In step 2, for the water, substitute either beer or possibly sour lowfat milk.
