Ingredients

  • 3 pound rump roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. Lipton "Beefy-onion" soup mix

Directions

  1. Line pan with "heavy-duty" aluminum foil. Put roast in center of foil. Cover roast with cream of mushroom soup. Pour 1 package of Lipton dry sup over this. Bring up foil over entire roast to make it air tight. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hrs.
