Ingredients
- 2/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2/3 c. Chicken broth
- 1/2 c. Cider vinegar
- 1 lrg Clove garlic
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp EACH salt and sugar
Directions
- Process all ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor till well blended.
- Pour into a jar and cover tightly. Or possibly, using chopped garlic, put all ingredients in a bowl or possibly jar and shake or possibly whisk till blended. Shake or possibly whisk before serving.
