Ingredients

  • 1 can Veg-all
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup or possibly cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. cheese cut up
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 20 Ritz crackers
  • butter

Directions

  1. Drain Veg-all and mix all ingredients in a 1 1/2 casserole. Top with crumbled Ritz crackers and dot with butter.
  2. Bake 350 degrees for 45 min.
