Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound stewing beef
  • 1 can tomatoes, minced
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 lg. can tomato sauce
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes

Directions

  1. Cut meat into 3/4 inch cubes and sear. Cover with 1 qt water and simmer for 1 to 2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender. Add in remaining ingredients; salt and pepper to taste. Continue simmering for 30 min. Serves 8.
