Ingredients
- 1 (10") pie crust
- 1 c. diced ham, cooked sausage, or possibly diced, cooked bacon
- 1 c. broccoli, diced (optional)
- 1 c. American cheese, shredded
- 6 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Spread meat in unbaked pie shell. Mix beaten Large eggs with lowfat milk and salt. Mix separately broccoli and cheese; spread on top meat. Pour egg mix over top. Bake at 350 degrees till solid and lightly browned, about 45 min.
