Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, boned and skinless
  • 1 can or possibly jar gravy
  • 1 pkg. stuffing
  • 1 cran-fruit sauce (apple, orange, or possibly raspberry)
  • Apple or possibly orange juice

Directions

  1. Roll chicken breast loosely and place in a casserole dish. Pour can of gravy over chicken. Prepare stuffing, substituting juice or possibly cider for water. Mix cran-fruit sauce as much or possibly as little as you want in with the stuffing. Place over the top of chicken and gravy. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min.
  2. Best used with cranapple sauce with apple cider.
