Directions

  1. In a large skillet, saute/fry onion in vegetable oil till light brown. Add in chicken and brown both sides. Sprinkle flour, ginger and curry pwdr into pan and stir. Add in honey, soy sauce, bouillon cubes and water, bring to boil; simmer for 5 min. Add in rice and carrots. Stir and simmer uncovered for another 25 to 30 min.
