Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; cook pork chops till browned, turning occasionally, about 10 to 12 min. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp. salt over pork; remove to hot platter and keep hot. Pour off drippings from skillet; add in remaining ingredients and rest of salt. Bring to a boil over high heat; return pork to pan. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 to 7 min.
