Ingredients
- 1 lg. chicken, cut in pcs
- 1 bottle Russian salad dressing
- 10 ounce. apricot jam
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
Directions
- Clean and skin chicken. Set in foil-lined baking dish, single layer. Mix three ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover and bake 30 min at 350 degrees. Then uncover; spoon sauce over chicken and continue cooking till chicken is done. Use remaining sauce at table.
