Ingredients

  • 1 lg. onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. dry rice
  • Pkg. of 7 chicken legs or possibly thighs
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Spray pan with Pam. Lay onion slices in pan. Pour dry rice over this. Lay chicken pcs on top of rice. Mix can of mushroom soup with 1 can of water. Pour over chicken and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs.
