Ingredients
- 1 pkt Frzn spinach, cooked and Liquid removed of all water
- 1/2 c. Vegetable broth
- 3 x Cloves garlic, more or possibly less To taste
- 1 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1 x Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Put spinach, garlic and spices in blender and add in 1/2 of the vegetable broth. Blend till smooth, adding more vegetable broth if necessary (more broth = thinner sauce). After blending, return to saucepan and heat till warm. Serve over rice or possibly pasta.
