Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Frzn minced spinach, thawed and liquid removed
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 sm Pkg. Hidden Valley Original salad dressing mix

Directions

  1. Defrost spinach. Drain thoroughly. Combine with other ingredients. Chill.
  2. Serve with crackers.
  3. Serves 8 to 12
