Ingredients

4 pkg. frzn minced spinach
1 (14 ounce.) can artichoke hearts
1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
2/3 env. Lipton's onion soup mix
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Cook spinach, drain well. Quarter artichoke hearts, combine all ingredients. Bake in a 2 qt casserole 30 min at 350 degrees. Very good!
