Ingredients
- 1 med. onion
- 1 med. pepper (green or possibly red)
- 1 c. grnd beef
- 2 c. uncooked minute rice
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 tbsp. butter
Directions
- Dice onion and pepper. Saute/fry in butter. Add in grnd beef, brown. Add in uncooked rice. Stir in tomato sauce and warm water. Simmer 15 min or possibly till all liquid is absorbed. Serves 4.
