Serve some Van's Simply Delicious® Gluten-Free Lots of Everything! crispy whole grain baked crackers as dippers and you've got yourself a wholesome snack everyone is guaranteed to love!  I discovered Van's Simply Delicious® Gluten-Free whole grain crispy crackers at the grocery store a few weeks ago and I fell in love with them! (You can read all about that here.)  I was so happy to learn that Target carries this delicious product on their shelves now too!  Let me start off by saying, no one in my family needs to eat gluten-free, but these crackers are a delicious treat whether you need to follow a gluten-free diet or not. They are full of nutritious whole grains and do not have any artificial colors or flavors.  They are full of everything I want in a snack (fresh, simple ingredients) and don't have anything I don't want in a snack.  And, did you know that 30 of these crispy crunchy little bites are only about 140 calories?!  While shopping at Target last week, I picked up a box of Van's Simply Delicious® Say Cheese! crackers (which my family loves) and a box of Van's Simply Delicious® Lots of Everything! crackers. This was my first time trying the Lots of Everything! flavor and all I can say is, "WOW!" Imagine an everything bagel, topped with garlic, onion and poppy seeds, but in crispy little cracker form.  I was IN LOVE with my first bite!  I wanted to create a simple dip to go along with these yummy little bites and my mind went back to that everything bagel. Nothing goes better with an everything bagel than cream cheese and smoked salmon.   Easy Smoked Salmon Dip made from reduced-fat cream cheese and salty smoked salmon can be put together in minutes! When you dip a Van's Simply Delicious® Lots of Everything! crispy whole grain cracker into it, you'll swear you are standing on the streets of NYC!  OK...maybe I am being a little over dramatic with the "standing on the streets of NYC" comment, but THIS dip with THESE crackers is just perfect.  Perfect to share with friends or family anytime of the day or night.  Easy Smoked Salmon Dip is a cinch to put together too.  It's a dump and mix recipe. If you'd prefer a less chunky type dip, you can put everything in your food processor and whiz it up. I buy in-house smoked salmon fillets from a local market that are out of this world good, but any kind of smoked salmon will work here. If you purchase the kind of smoked salmon that doesn't flake easily, the food processor will do a good job of incorporating it into the dip for you.  For a limited time, when you purchase your favorite flavors of Van's Simply Delicious® Gluten-Free crispy whole grain crackers at Target and use your Cartwheel App, you will receive 30% off!  Click here for Target offer!
