Easy Skillet Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound grnd beef 1 jar pizza sauce

1 can refrigerator biscuits 1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown, drain, and crumble beef. Add in sauce and simmer till warm. Press biscuits into glass 9 x 13 inch pan to create pizza crust. Form biscuits to cover sides of pan also. Pour in meat mix and cover with cheese. Bake 25 to 30 min. Serves 4 to 6.
