  • 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 1/4 c. finely minced onion
  • 3 to 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 parsley sprigs, minced
  • 1 pound uncooked med. shrimp, deveined
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Heat butter in skillet over low heat. Add in onion, garlic, and parsley; saute/fry about 10 min. Add in shrimp and stir till pink. Remove shrimp and place in oven-proof dish. Cover lightly to keep hot. Add in wine and lemon juice to skillet and simmer about 2 to 3 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper; pour over shrimp.
