Easy Salisbury Steak Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound grnd beef 1 teaspoon chili pwdr 1 egg 1/2 c. crumbs

1 sm. onion, minced Salt & pepper to taste 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

1. Combine first 7 ingredients, mixing well. Shape into oval patties. Brown on both sides in a small amount of oil in skillet; drain. Stir in soup and 1 soup can of water. Simmer, covered, for several min.
