Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough for 3 minutes. It should have a slightly tacky feel to it.
  2. Shape into a ball, cover, and let rise 2 hours in a warm spot.
  3. Punch down and put in the reefer overnight, or let rise another hour, stretch into shape.
  4. If refigerating overnight for better flavor, remove and let rise 1 hour, stretch to desired shape.
  5. Place dough on parchment paper upon which is sprinkled some cornmeal.
  6. Add toppings and bake at 500 degrees.
