  • 1 c. minced pecans
  • 24 frzn dinner roll nuggets
  • 1 pkg. (3 5/8 ounce) butterscotch pudding, not instant
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar

Directions

  1. Spray 9 x 13 pan heavily with Mazola No-Stick cooking spray. Sprinkle pecans on bottom of pan evenly. Arrange frzn nuggets in rows on pecans. Sprinkle with pudding pwdr. Make syrup by melting butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a small saucepan. Pour over rolls in pan. Put in warm draft free place to rise overnight. In the morning, bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 min. Turn out onto a foil lined cookie sheet.
