Ingredients

  • 1 c. onion, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced thin
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 (10 ounce.) can clams with liquid
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 2/3 c. half and half
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place onions, carrots and celery in 4 qt casserole. In microwave, full power 5 min or possibly till tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook on full power for 15 min. Stir occasionally.
