  • 2 slices of bread, crumbled into breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
