Ingredients
- 3 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions
- Beat all ingredients, except vanilla wafers and cherry topping, till fluffy. Drop 1 vanilla wafer into paper baking c. that is placed in a cupcake pan. Top wafer with cream cheese filling till 3/4 filled. Repeat process till all filling is used. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Top with prepared pie filling.
