Ingredients
1/2 pound bacon (fried) reserve grease
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 c. lowfat milk
2 Large eggs
1 can cream style corn
1/2 pound grated cheese
3/4 warm jalapeno pepper
Directions
Mix together all ingredients in order given including reserved grease from bacon. Pour into 13 x 9 inch baking pan (greased). Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 min.
