Directions

  1. Place beef in large bowl. In separate bowl, beat egg and lowfat milk. Stir in crumbs, carrots, onion, parsley and salt. Add in mix to beef and mix well.
  2. Grease shallow pan. Shape beef mix in loaf. (If you wet hands with water, it will be easier to shape.) Bake 350 degrees 60-70 min till meat is cooked. For garnish, sprinkle with parsley on top, tomato wedges, carrots and celery around.
