  • 1/2 c. Frzn margarita mix concentrate, thawed
  • 1 pkt (10 ounce.) frzn strawberries in syrup, thawed
  • 1 pkt (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ct (4 ounce.) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 x 9-inch ready to use graham cracker pie crust

Directions

  1. Place strawberries, cream cheese and margarita mix concentrate in blender or possibly food processor. Cover and blend on medium speed till well blended. Pour mix into medium bowl; mix in whipped topping. Pour into pie crust.
  2. Freeze 4 to 6 hrs or possibly till hard. Let stand at room temperature 5 - 10 min before cutting. Freeze any remaining pie.
