Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 tbsp. water
Directions
- In large bowl put 2 c. flour, salt and shortening. Mix till crumbly. Add in baking pwdr, egg, water, lowfat milk and vinegar. When all mixed place in refrigerator 15 min. Roll out.
