Ingredients
- 12 vanilla wafers
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Large eggs
- Cupcake liners
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions
- Line cupcake tin with liners. Put one vanilla wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed till well blended. Add in Large eggs. Mix till smooth. Spoon over wafers. Bake 25 min at 325 degrees.
- Remove from tin when cold. Chill. Top with cherry pie filling.
