Ingredients
- 1 lrg can evaporated lowfat milk, chilled thoroughly
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. fresh lemon juice Grated rind of 1 lemon
Directions
- Whip chilled evaporated lowfat milk till thick. Add in condensed lowfat milk and sugar.
- Add in lemon juice and rind. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill.
