Easy Lemon Cake Bars Recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. white or possibly lemon angel food cake mix (1 step) 1 (22 ounce) can lemon pie filling 1 c. coconut (opt.) 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese

3/4 stick butter 1 T lowfat milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 4 c. powdered sugar

Directions

1. Don't make cake according to directions.Mix together 2 ingredients. Put in jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
