Ingredients

  • 3 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Karo syrup, light or possibly dark
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Directions

  1. In large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cold. Serves 8.
