Easy Italian Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 3 Large eggs

1 1/3 c. water 1/3 c. oil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour large glass pan.
2. Mix Duncan Hines mix as per directions and pour into pan. Mix second part of ingredients together. Pour and spread second part of cheese mix proportionately on top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
3. Cold and chill. Optional: Sprinkle with powdered sugar or possibly use fresh strawberries. Serves up to 16.
