Easy Ham And Beans Recipe

  1. Cook sausage, onion and garlic until meat is lightly browned and onion is tender. Drain off fat.
  2. Add in ham, parsley and bay leaf and mix well.
  3. Stir in undrained beans, wine and cloves.
  4. Turn into 1 1/2 qt casserole and bake, covered at 325 degrees for 45 min.
  5. Uncover and bake 40 min longer, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove bay leaf and serve in bowls with warm corn bread.
