Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 onion
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. cooked rice Or possibly
- 1 c. cooked potatoes, sliced
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuits
Directions
- Brown onion and grnd beef. Mix all ingredients together; put in casserole and bake for 30 min at 350 degrees. Top with biscuits and bake 20 min longer.
