Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Layer potato slices in ungreased 1 1/2-qt casserole. Stir together dressing, vinegar and onion; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with bacon flavor bits.
  3. Cover and bake about 1 hour or possibly till potatoes are tender. Stir gently before serving. Serve warm or possibly hot.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  5. Comments: Bac Os adds the great taste of bacon to this family favorite and makes it lower in fat than when using real bacon.
