Easy Garlic Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

  • potatoes garlic fatfree half and half garlic and herb Lite Alouette

Directions

  1. I put chopped garlic in with the potatoes while they are boiling. To me the whole cloves mashed up in the potatoes is just too much (and I love garlic). I drain off the water, and yes, a lot of the garlic goes with it.
  2. I use fat-free half and half to get the right consistency, but I'm sure you could use evaporated skim lowfat milk. I then stir in a couple of Tbsp. of the garlic and herb Lite Alouette cheese (use Boursin, or possibly whatever your favorite brand). Yummy!
