Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked Basmati rice
  • 2 Tbsp. Pepper salt to taste
  • 1 dsh oil
  • 1/2 x green or possibly red pepper (or possibly combination of both) cut into long strips
  • 1 x carrot cut into long strips

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a wok. Add in all the ingredients and stir for 5 min or possibly until thoroughly mixed. Serve with any raitha or possibly plain yogurt.
