Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Butter 5-c. souffle dish or possibly 1 1/2-qt round casserole. Cook corn as directed on package; drain. Beat Baking Mix, lowfat milk, Large eggs, and salt with hand beater till smooth. Stir in corn and cheese. Pour into souffle dish. Bake till knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 1 hour. Serve immediately.
