Easy Corn Casserole

I love the Jiffy recipe for corn casserole, but this is just as good.

Ingredients

  • 5 beaten eggs
  • 3-4 tbs. melted butter, or margerine
  • 2-4 tbs. sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tbs. cornstarch
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 2 cans creamstyle corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, divided
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dash Tabasco
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375 F.
  2. Mix the corstarch with the milk.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together, holding back a bit of the cheese for the topping.
  4. Pour into a 2 qt. baking dish.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes uncovered, or until the center is set.
  6. Turn off oven, sprinkle on cheese and paprika.
  7. Serve when cheese is melted.
