Directions

  1. Cut beef and pork into bite-sized pcs. Combine beef, pork, onion and celery; place small amount of fat in saucepan. Add in meats mix; cook, stirring till lightly browned. Add in chop suey vegetables and 3 vegetable cans water; simmer for about 2 hrs. Stir in molasses and soy sauce. Blend cornstarch with 1 c. cool water; stir into meats mix in saucepan. Cook, stirring, till thickened. Serve over rice.
