Ingredients
- Easy Peasy Chocolates or Truffles:
- 4 oz. Chocolate* (chips or bars, your choice)
- 14 oz. Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Vanilla optional (1-3 t.)
- (I used 4 oz. of 85% cacao Lindt Chocolate and it was just perfect for the chocolates I made!)

%20%20And%20here's%20another%20idea%20for%20treats%20to%20make%20for%20your%20sweetie%20or%20kids%20for%20Valentine's%20Day!%20%20It's%20just%20under%20a%20month%20away,%20and%20these%20are%20easy%20to%20make%20for%20someone%20special%20or%20with%20someone%20special!%20%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EToppings%20like....coconut,%20chocolate%20jimmies,%20sprinkles,%20non%20perils,%20cocoa%20powder,%20etc...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOptional:%20%20Mini%20cupcake%20cups%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*Add%20more%20chocolate%20(3%20c.%20choc.%20chips%20according%20to%20this)%20if%20you%20are%20making%20truffles%20so%20they%20will%20set%20up%20nicely.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E(I%20used%204%20oz.%20of%2085%25%20cacao%20Lindt%20Chocolate%20and%20it%20was%20just%20perfect%20for%20the%20chocolates%20I%20made!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20are%20the%20toppings%20I%20used%20for%20my%20chocolates.%20As%20you%20can%20tell%20half%20are%20V-day%20themed%20and%20the%20others%20aren't.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMini%20cupcake%20cups.%20%20These%20came%20in%20super%20handy,%20but%20you%20don't%20have%20to%20use%20them...it%20just%20makes%20it%20much%20less%20messy%20and%20more%20professional!%20%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20%20Start%20out%20by%20slowly%20heating%20the%20chocolate%20and%20sweetened%20condensed%20milk%20in%20a%20saucepan.%20%20Stir%20frequently.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20%20Once%20it%20is%20all%20combined%20and%20melted,%20mix%20in%20vanilla%20if%20you'd%20like.%20%20Then%20pour%20into%20another%20dish%20and%20refrigerate%20for%201-2%20or%20so%20hours.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETransferring%20chocolate%20from%20pan%20to%20dish...yum...%20:)%203.%20%20Once%20the%20chocolate%20is%20chilled,%20you%20can%20scoop%20it%20out%20by%20the%20spoonful%20and%20roll%20in%20toppings...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBe%20sure%20to%20have%20fun%20while%20you%20are%20doing%20this...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDon't%20take%20yourself%20too%20seriously%20either....%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20all,%20it's%20ok%20if%20the%20sprinkles%20get%20a%20little%20mixed%20up...%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20are%20going%20to%20taste%20chocolaty%20and%20amazing!%20%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20%20Arrange%20on%20a%20platter/plate%20and%20then%20place%20in%20the%20fridge%20for%20another%20hour%20or%20so.%20%20(Don't%20they%20look%20so%20cute%20and%20Valentinezy?!%20%20(Yep,%20I%20like%20to%20make%20up%20words...)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen...you%20can%20dig%20in%20and%20enjoy.%20%20Or%20give%20them%20as%20gifts.%20%20:)%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
