2 c. sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Heat butter slowly in heavy saucepan. Add in other ingredients except vanilla and boil 3 min. Add in vanilla and cold. Beat to spreading consistency and spread.
