Ingredients
- 2 fryers, quartered
- 1 bottle sweet and sour sauce
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can pineapple chunks (remove for use later)
- 1/2 - 3/4 c. ketchup
Directions
- Make sauce by mixing all the ingredients together. Season fryer with pepper. Place in large pan skin side down. Don't overlap. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake 350 degrees for 30 min. Turn chicken, baste and bake another 30 min. Just before serving, add in pineapple to heat through.
